Home Again Furniture Bank (HAFB) has long outgrown its legacy database system which is prone to inaccurate reporting, broken search functionality, and it lacks login access for partner agencies and donors. As a result, coordinators are forced to manually handle referrals, inventory tracking, dispatches, and report generation, limiting the number of families the organization can serve.

Who is Home Again Furniture Bank?

Home Again Furniture Bank is based in Newfoundland and Labrador. It is a non profit that addresses furniture poverty by collecting gently used furniture and delivering it to clients referred by community organizations. HAFB has been operating for 10 years and has provided furniture and services to more than 4,400 homes, serving families and individuals in the community.
